Our Origin

M.Jdreads was born from more than just a love for locs—it was created from a vision to fill a missing space in the hair care world. Founded in 2018 by cousins Montell and Jordan.

We realized that dreadlocks weren’t just a hairstyle—they were a form of self-expression, a lifestyle, and a deep connection to culture. Yet, there weren’t many businesses out there capturing that full essence. So we built one.
